The Administrator provides a service consisting of offering discount coupons for products that can be purchased through the Service.

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING IN THE SERVICE

Personal data of all persons using discounts on products through the Service (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies), are processed by the Administrator:

2.1. for the purpose of providing services electronically in the scope of enabling Users to find through the Service and benefit from discounts on products - the legal basis of processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);

2.1. for analytical and statistical purposes, in which case the legal basis for the processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), consisting of the analysis of User activity, as well as User preferences in order to improve functionalities and services provided;

2.2. for the purposes of possible determining and asserting claims or defending against claims - the legal basis of the processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting its rights;

2.3. for marketing purposes of the Administrator and other entities, in particular related to the presentation of behavioural advertising (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

3. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The duration of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing.

The User has the right to access its data and to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data transfer and the right to object to the processing of its data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of the protection of Personal Data.
